Knikus (thistle) 100 g

Blessed Knyus or Curly Thistle is a remedy for painful menstruation, climacteric syndrome, cholecystitis and gallstone disease, methiorism, constipation, low acidity gastritis, hepatitis, cirrhosis and other liver damage, treatment of ulcers, low acidity gastritis, decreased appetite.

Recipe for herbal tea from Knikus (curly thistle): 1 tablespoon with the top of the grass is poured into 1/4 liter of cold water, slowly brought to a boil, then removed from the heat and filtered after about 2 minutes. Tea is drunk lukewarm, in small sips, unsweetened.
