Melatonin 3mg 30 tablets

Melatonin in a synthetic form has hypnotic, antioxidant properties, stabilizes blood pressure, stimulates the immune system, and regulates blood cholesterol levels.

Indications for use:

• Conditions characterized by a disturbance in the sleep process;
• Insomnia;
• Delayed sleep phase syndrome;
• Violations of the biological cycle "sleep-awakening" (with rapid and frequent changes of several time zones).

Dosage: dosage regimen, duration of admission is determined by the doctor individually.

For insomnia, adults are advised to take ½ – 2 tablets 30–40 minutes before bedtime with water. For adaptation with frequent change of time zone - 1-2 tablets 1 time / day (at 18.00) for one week, starting 3 days before the flight / move.
