Golden Root (Rhodiola rosea) 50 g

It was found that the extract from the rhizomes of the golden root (Rhodiola rosea Rosenwurz) in 40% alcohol not only has a stimulating and adaptogenic effect, similar to the preparations of ginseng and Eleutherococcus, but also increases blood pressure. Preparations of the golden root are indicated for asthenic conditions, various forms of neuroses, nervous and physical fatigue, hypotension, increased mental work, mild forms of diabetes mellitus. Experiments carried out at the Tomsk Medical Institute gave good results in the treatment of impotence and amenorrhea with the extract.

The golden root is contraindicated in case of pronounced symptoms of nervous diseases, depletion of cortical cells, hypertensive crises, and febrile conditions. Collection. Licorice root 3 tablespoons, rhodiola root 2 tablespoons, leuzea root 2 tablespoons, angelica root 1 tablespoon, sage leaf 3 tablespoons, sedum herb 1 tablespoon.

Mix, pour 2 tablespoons of the collection with 1 liter of water, boil over low heat under a lid for 20-30 minutes, leave for 4-6 hours, drain. Take 1/2 cup 4-5 times a day 30 minutes before meals. It is indicated for impotence, decreased erection, infertility (male and female), oligospermia.

Tincture. Prepared with 40% alcohol (vodka) in a ratio of 1: 5. Take 10-15 drops 3 times a day for 15-20 minutes. before meals.

Infusion. 10 g of crushed raw materials per 200 ml of boiling water. Insist 4 hours, filter. Drink 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.
