They are used for bronchitis, cough, whooping cough, catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Anise seed decoction is drunk for chest diseases and to improve digestion (intestinal motility) In folk medicine, seed infusion (anise tea) is used as an antipyretic, diuretic, and antispasmodic. Infusion of seeds increases the amount of milk in nursing mothers.
The main indications for internal use of anise are as follows: nervous dyspepsia, flatulence, aerophagia, nervous vomiting, migraines, dizziness, syncope of nervous origin, painful menstruation, colic in children, increased excitability of the cardiovascular system (palpitations, "false angina"), asthma, bronchial spasms, cough, lack of milk, impotence, frigidity, oliguria (decreased urination).
Smell from the mouth: 2 teaspoons of anise seeds, pour 1 cup boiling water, leave for 15 minutes, drain. Gargle your throat and mouth after eating. Lactation: 2 teaspoons of anise seeds, pour 1 cup of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes in a water bath, then cool for 10 minutes, strain, add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Take 2 tablespoons of the broth 4 times daily before meals.
Bronchitis:
1) Thoroughly mix 100 g of ground flax seeds, 20 g of anise fruit powder, 20 g of ginger root powder with 0.5 kg of a garlic-honey mixture. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
2) 200 g of crushed anise seeds, pour 1 liter of 90% alcohol, insist. Take 5-10 drops of tincture 3 times a day.
3) 4 teaspoons of anise seeds, pour 1 glass of water, boil for 6-7 minutes, drain. Take 2 tablespoons every 2 hours. If bronchitis is not in the acute stage, then take 2 tablespoons of warm broth 3 times a day.
